No equipment is required, however if you have equipment then we have more options when designing your workout.

Even if you don’t have much space, it’s no problem. As long as you can place the camera of your device in a location where we can mostly see you and as long as you can take one big step to your left and one to your right, we should be able to make it work. If you’re unsure, sign up for a consultation up above. It’s 100% free.

What you put into it is what you get out of it. It’s a cliché, but it’s true. No, you don’t HAVE to put in extra work to see results, but you’ll see better results quicker if you do.

No worries, we are used to working with total beginners. Don’t worry, we were there once too. We’ll teach you everything you need to know!
